Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes is open to Texas residents ages 18 and over only who would be a new member at time of entry. “New member” means an individual who is not a Firstmark Credit Union member at the time the checking account is opened. Businesses and other non-individual entities are not eligible. Officers, employees, directors, and volunteers serving in an official committee capacity for Firstmark Credit Union are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household as such persons are also ineligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and is governed by U.S. law. Any violation or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Bexar County, Texas.

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter either by opening a new checking account and completing the online entry form at https://www.firstmarkcu.org/rowdy-checking-giveaway OR by using the Alternate Method of Entry described below. Opening an account is not required to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person for Sweepstakes. This promotion is a Sweepstakes and not a guaranteed bonus or dividend for opening an account.

Entrants must have a valid email address. By entering, participants agree to receive communications related to administration of the Sweepstakes. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win. Participants may opt in separately to receive future marketing communications. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. You may review our privacy practices here.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor at the mailing address above, or at https://www.firstmarkcu.org/contact-us/. To enter without filling out the form, eligible individuals may mail a 3×5 card with their name, address, phone number, and email address to the Sponsor at the above mailing address postmarked before October 18, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries. Entries received via mail will have an equal chance of winning as all other eligible entries, regardless of method of entry.

Entering Sweepstakes: All eligible individuals who open a new consumer checking account and complete the form at https://www.firstmarkcu.org/rowdy-checking-giveaway OR by using the Alternate Method of Entry described above have a chance to win one prize package that includes a Coleman RoadTrip 225 Portable Propane Grill (not including the propane cylinder), two outdoor folding chairs, and a 52qt. Igloo ice chest. The Sweepstakes runs from 9am CT on September 7, 2026, through 5pm CT on October 25, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn and contacted by email on or about October 28, 2026. If winner(s) are unreachable within 48 hours of being contacted, the prize will be deemed forfeited by said winner(s) and Firstmark reserves the right to contact replacement winner(s). A person who declines or forfeits the prize will not receive a cash payment, substitute prize, or other compensation. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize package is $636. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form reflecting the value of the prize. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

Entrants agree to hold Sponsor and its promotion agencies, and the respective directors, officers, and employees of each, harmless from and against all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to any injuries, damages, or losses incurred or alleged to be incurred in connection with winning, receipt, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (where lawful), tax forms, and any other documents reasonably requested by Sponsor.
