New members (joined Firstmark on or after June 8, 2026) can enter the Sweepstakes by opening a Firstmark checking account and filling out the form at https://www.firstmarkcu.org/concert-series/. To enter without opening an account, eligible individuals may mail a 3×5 card with their name, address, phone number, and email address to the Sponsor at the address listed below. Entries must be received by the Sponsor on or before August 31, 2026. Entries received via mail will have an equal chance of winning as all other eligible entries, regardless of method of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries are valid for the duration of the sweepstakes and are eligible for any of the drawing dates occurring after the entry is received. Awards, Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn and contacted by email by end of business day on the following drawing dates Tuesday, July 7, 2026; Tuesday, August 11, 2026; Tuesday, September 2, 2026. Concert prize package will be two electronic general admission tickets for the selected monthly concert plus $50 cash award deposited into the member’s checking for parking and related concert expenses. Tickets will be electronically transferred to the email address provided by the winner(s) upon prize acceptance. If selected monthly concert is no longer available, a concert prize package of equal or greater value may be substituted. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Sponsor is not responsible for canceling, rescheduled, or postponed events. If winner(s) are unreachable within 48 hours of being contacted, the prize will be deemed forfeited by said winner(s) and Firstmark reserves the right to contact replacement winner(s). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize ranges from $500 to $700, including the $50 cash award. Actual value may vary based on ticket resale conditions at the time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize description, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
