Membership Eligibility

How do I qualify for Firstmark membership?

1. You’re eligible for membership if you live, work, worship, or attend school in any of these counties:
   
   

   Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Blanco, Caldwell, Comal, Crockett, Edwards, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Kinney, Llano, Mason, Medina, Maverick, Sutton, Terrell, Val Verde, Wilson.

2. If you’re outside the above counties and you reside in the State of Texas, you can still join Firstmark during the application process through automatic enrollment with the Texas Consumer Council (TXCC) — TXCC enrollment is at no cost to you.
