Internal Transfer

This is a FREE service that allows you to move money from a Firstmark Credit Union account (savings or checking) to make your loan payment. You may schedule a one-time or a recurring payment method. 

External Transfer

This is a FREE service that allows you to move money from another financial institution using your account and routing number to make your loan payment. You may schedule a one-time payment or set up a recurring payment. 

Debit Card (External Account)

Make a payment via debit card from an external account. This feature does not accept business debit cards and cannot be used to make payments to Firstmark credit cards or mortgage loans. There is a $10.00 service fee for each transaction.  

Register

Build a profile to make a one-time payment or to set up a recurring payment method using your debit card or account and routing number from another financial institution. This information can be saved for easy access and to obtain additional details for future loan payments. There is a $10.00 service fee for each one-time payment made via website. There is no charge for recurring payments.

Express Pay

A one-time payment using your debit card or account and routing number from another financial institution. You do not need to build a profile to use this service. Opt-in with your mobile device via text to receive payment reminders and a link to make express payments. There is a $10.00 service fee for each one-time payment made via website.

Apple Pay

Recurring or one-time payment options available to make a loan payment. There is a $10.00 service fee for each one-time payment via the website.

Call Center

If you wish to make a payment using your debit card or account and routing number from another financial institution via phone, please contact our call center at (210) 442-0100 during business hours. There is a $20.00 service fee for each one-time payment made via the Call Center.

Automated Phone System

For a reduced $10.00 service fee, please contact our 24/7 automated phone system toll-free at +1 (833) 921-8010. For our automated phone system, payments processed after 6 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day. Pay-by-phone transactions are limited to $5,000 for debit card per call and $10,000 for ACH per call.

You may choose to mail Firstmark Credit Union a check or money order each month for your payment. Please include your account number on the memo line of the check and mail the check to one of the following addresses…

Need some extra cash? You can Skip-A-Payment on your loans up to twice a year. Firstmark Credit Union gives you a little extra cash when you need it by skipping your monthly loan payment for a fee of $25 per item.
