1. Official Rules: Firstmark Credit Union “Dinner for Two” Sweepstakes. No purchase necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. You agree that by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements.   Sweepstakes is open to Texas residents ages 18 and over only. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and is governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a $100 VISA® gift card is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. If the potential winner is a Firstmark member, the member, and all accounts of belonging to the member must be in good standing as determined by Sponsor to win. Any violation or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. By providing your email address, you authorize Firstmark and its service providers to notify you about the winner of this giveaway and contact you from time to time in the future regarding Firstmark products, services, and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you. Entering Sweepstakes: All members who complete the form at https://www.firstmarkcu.org/firstmark-february-dinner-for-2/ are eligible for a chance to win one $100.00 VISA® gift card upon Sweepstakes conclusion. The Sweepstakes runs from 9am on February 2, 2026, through 1pm on February 7, 2026. Four (4) winners will be randomly drawn and contacted by email by end of business day on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. If winner(s) are unreachable within 48 hours of being contacted, the prize will be deemed forfeited by said winner(s) and Firstmark reserves the right to contact replacement winner(s). The winner(s) may pickup the gift card at the designated Firstmark branch location within 30 days of the prize claim date, or the prize will be deemed forfeited. Entrants agree to hold Sponsor and its promotion agencies, and the respective directors, officers, and employees of each, harmless from and against all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to any injuries, damages, or losses incurred or alleged to be incurred in connection with winning, receipt, or participation in the Sweepstakes.
