What is Digital Wallet?
Simply said, digital wallets are digital versions of credit or debit cards that are stored in an app or a mobile device. To keep member’s information secure, card numbers and personal information are not stored.
- You card number is never stored, transferred or shared with the merchant
- A one time unique transaction code is used for each purchase
- Identity confirmation required for each transaction using your device’s PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition for each transaction

How to Use Digital Wallet:
- Download or open the payment app. (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet)
- Follow the app’s instructions to add your credit or debit card as they appear on your phone’s screen.
- Take pictures using your phone’s camera of your payment cards. (You may need to manually enter each card’s CVC number. For your safety, your phone will not store an actual photo of your card.)
- Verify your card. For your safety, the payment app you have selected on your device will contact your financial institution to verify that your card can be used. Firstmark Credit Union will text you with a verification code you will need to enter in your payment app.
- Use wherever you see this symbol.

When you enroll your card, you instantly begin receiving alerts notifying you when transactions are made to your account.

For members who elect to receive alerts via a text message, standard text message and data rates apply. Please check with your mobile carrier to ensure that you own an SMS capable mobile device that is registered on a carrier network and elected for a data plan that includes use of the mobile device’s SMS capabilities.
