When it comes to being stuck inside, there’s no doubt that pets can make the time at home feel more enjoyable. They’re there when we need a companion or someone to lean on when we’re sad or upset. But being stuck at home with your pet can also present its share of challenges.
Here are a few tips for you and your pet.
- Stick to the routine for meals and sleep.
- Use “long chew” toys and snacks for meetings (and naps).
- Exercise, exercise, exercise – a little here and a little there adds up.
- Turn it down – animal ears are more sensitive than ours.
