Prior to modifying our service hours, we have been thoughtful to review our branch traffic patterns at all of our locations. Doing so allowed us to identify select locations that will offer full service on Saturdays and that are hopefully a short drive from any corner of the city. In addition to our research, we are always mindful to prudently manage retail operating costs and rightly consider the voice of our members. Our retail teams are excited to assist you at our next opportunity and would be pleased to exceed your expectations every step of the way.

• Along with our new Saturday hours at select locations, we reduced our weekday hours across all locations, while maintaining our existing call center hours for members who prefer to conduct their transactions by phone.
