App and Bill Pay Updates

We are excited to let you know that on Tuesday, June 27th we are rolling out updates to our Mobile Banking App and our Bill Pay service! We have added some additional benefits and fixed some pesky bugs .

Mobile App Update

What's been addressed: 

  • Login bug issues on Androids
  • Touch authentication bug issues on iOS devices
  • Secure access code bug issues
  • Remote deposit bug issues
  • Branch location bug issues
  • Stability issues on Android devices

We also added a new passcode login option and touch authentication for Android devices. Important: iOS (Apple) users will need to re-enroll with touch authentication

Bill pay

From your new home page dashboard you'll be able to:

  • Pay any person or company with one click
  • View all payees, upcoming bills and payment history
  • Add new payees quickly
  • Set up recurring payments for bills that are the same each month
  • See bill amounts and payment due dates with eBill

How to enroll using a iPhone

If you have automatic updates turned on, you already have the new app, if not go to the App Store and manually update the Firstmark Mobile Banking App. 

  1. Click on the Touch ID button (if you do not see the Touch ID button, you will need to go the App Store and update the Firstmark Mobile Banking App)
  2. Click on the Enroll Now button
  3. Enter your Username
  4. Enter your Password
  5. Click on the Authorize button
  6. Place your finger on the Home Button (do not click it, just place your finger on it)

How to enroll using a Android Phone

  1. Click on the Fingerprint button (if you do not see the Fingerprint button, you will need to go the Google Play and update the Firstmark Mobile Banking App)
  2. Click on the Enroll Now button
  3. Enter your Username
  4. Enter your Password
  5. Click on the Authorize button
  6. Place your finger on the Touch sensor (do not click it, just place your finger on it)
