POP-UP WINDOWS
YOUR MONEY SOLVED

Pop-up windows are used for some online banking access points such as Bill Pay, Credit Cards and MyMark. You can manage which websites allow or block pop-ups. Below are some instructions for different browsers and operating systems (PC or Mac).

PC

Internet Explorer

  • Open the browser
  • Go to "Tools"
  • Scroll down to "Internet options"
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab
  • Click the "Settings" button
  • Type in banking.firstmarkcu.org and click "Add"
  • Click "Close"
  • Click "OK"

Firefox

  • Open the browser
  • Go to "Tools"
  • Scroll down to "Options"
  • Click on the "Content" tab
  • Click the "Exceptions" button in the Block pop-up window section
  • Type in banking.firstmarkcu.org and click "Allow"
  • Click "Close"
  • Click "OK"

Chrome

  • Open the browser
  • Go to "Show advanced settings..."
  • Under Privacy, click on the "Content settings..." button
  • Scroll down to Pop-ups and click on the "Manage exceptions..." button
  • Type in banking.firstmarkcu.org and click "Allow"
  • Click "Done"
  • Click "Done"

Safari

  • Open the browser
  • Go to Gear Icon in the upper right-hand corner
  • Scroll down to "Preferences"
  • Click on the "Security" tab
  • Uncheck "Block pop-up windows
  • Close the Preferences window
MAC

Firefox

  • Open the browser
  • Go to Firefox
  • Scroll down to "Preferences"
  • Click on the "Content" tab
  • Click the "Exceptions" button in the Block pop-up window section
  • Type in banking.firstmarkcu.org and click "Allow"
  • Close the "Exceptions" window
  • Close the "Preferences" window

Chrome

  • Open the browser
  • Go to "Show advanced settings..."
