To use online banking with Internet Explorer 10, you must enable Compatibility View.

Optimal Browser Settings - IE10

First, find the Compatibility View icon in the address bar while on the Firstmark Credit Union website. Below is an image showing the location of the Compatibility View icon on the Internet Explorer 10 address bar.

The Compatibility View icon is located in the yellow circle in the image below. The icon looks like a ripped sheet of paper and will turn blue in color once it has been selected.

Simply click on the Compatibility View icon. This will add firstmarkcu.org to a list of compatible websites. Simply hit the Alt key to access the menu bar. To verify that myMAX.com has been added, click on Tools in the menu bar and then select Compatibility View Settings. You should see firstmarkcu.org listed under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View:".

If you do not see firstmarkcu.org listed, simply type it under "Add this website:" and click Add.

Your Internet Explorer 10 browser should now be compatible with online banking.
