With that in mind, we are writing today with important news regarding our DeZavala Financial Center. After much consideration, we have decided not to renew our lease at this location. Between limited visibility and access, it is not considered convenient. In fact, over 90% of our members who live in the area are using the Huebner, Bandera, and Bitters locations for their day-to-day transactions.
Starting June 28, 2019, the DeZavala Financial Center will no longer serve members. We anticipate a seamless transition during which you will have full access to your accounts without any interruption. Even so, we understand there will be some impact, especially for those members who do regularly visit the DeZavala location.

You can access your accounts 24/7 through your computer using online banking or by downloading the Firstmark app to your mobile phone. Members also have access to our Allpoint™ network of 250+ free ATMs in San Antonio.
Please know, every member of the DeZavala team will remain with the credit union – either at other financial centers or at our main office on Gold Canyon. In the long run, this change will enable us to more effectively use our resources and help prepare us for expansion to serve members in other parts of the city and throughout our field of membership.
