We hope this message finds you and your loved ones doing well. The wellbeing of our members and employees remains our highest priority during these challenging times.

Employees have been working diligently over the past several months to safely serve members in our drive-thru lanes and in our lobbies by appointment. To further advance our unified contributions across all departments and financial centers, we have scheduled a virtual annual employee meeting.  This allows us to reconnect as one team for staff development in our shared commitment to serving and supporting our members. To ensure all employees can attend, we will delay opening our call center (Member Care Center) and our financial centers on Wednesday, August 12, and will open to serve you at 11:00 a.m.  

As a reminder, you can access your accounts anytime through Online Banking or our mobile app found on the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also make remote deposits using your smartphone’s camera. Our full-service ATMs located at all financial centers are also available to transfer funds, withdraw cash, or make deposits.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to take care of our employees who take such amazing care of our members.  The strength of our team has kept us focused on the reason we exist in the first place – for you!
