Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator provides administrative support to the entire facilities department. This individual is responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the facilities department in addition to maintaining office equipment and supplies, physical space, and building and equipment maintenance schedules. The Facilities Coordinator communicates daily with supply vendors and updates management and executives regularly. Responds to requests by email or telephone for facilities support. Documents, tracks and monitors assigned requests to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
