Firstmark Credit Union will hold its Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Time and location to be determined.
Procedures for the Election of Board of Directors
In accordance with Texas Finance Code §122.053(b), the membership of the credit union shall elect the board of directors (1) at an annual membership meeting, (2) from the membership, and (3) in the manner provided by the bylaws. The election process will be conducted in compliance with credit union bylaws and board election rules.
The director positions and terms of office to be filled by election at the 2022 Annual Membership Meeting are as follows:

Two (2) positions (all terms: 2022 – 2025)
The Nominating Committee, appointed by the chairman of the board, will select at least one candidate for each of the eligible director positions. Members seeking consideration by the Nominating Committee for one of the open director positions must submit a personal resume and a completed and signed official Volunteer Application and Agreement to Serve form. This form may be obtained by contacting the credit union’s executive office, located at 2023 Gold Canyon Drive, San Antonio, TX 78232, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM and 4PM. The deadline to apply is Friday, July 2, 2021. No nominations shall be made from the floor during the Annual Meeting.
The secretary of the board will announce the Nominating Committee’s candidate selections no later than Friday, October 8, 2021. The secretary’s announcement will also provide instructions for those members who wish to become candidates through the petition process.
