Can members do multiple balance transfers?
Yes, all balance transfers conducted during the promotional period will qualify for 12-billing cycles from the time they are processed.

Can members transfer credit card balances from other banks and credit unions?
Yes, members can transfer and pay off any credit card debt from any financial institution, including banks, credit unions and even retail store credit cards.
- Members can only pay off loan debt from institutions that have a United States postal address.
- Firstmark Credit Union loans are excluded from this promotion.

After the 12 billing cycles, what happens to the rate on the transferred balances?
After the 12 billing cycles, any balances left in the balance transfer bucket will be calculated at the member’s standard credit card rate until the balance is paid in full.

Why doesn’t Firstmark offer a 0% balance transfer promotion?
Financial institutions who offer a 0% balance transfer rate often charge a balance transfer fee. This fee is typically more expensive for the members.

Member owes $5,000 and wants to compare balance transfer options.
