Online Banking Security Alerts

Firstmark strives to follow industry best practices to safeguard your personal identifying information. In order to make sure our members' information is secure at all times, Firstmark is introducing Online Banking Security Alert Notifications.

Beginning November 20, 2017, all Firstmark online banking users will begin receiving security alert notifications. These notifications will be automatically generated to alert you of activity changes in your account.

Members will have the option to enable or disable many of these security alerts. In addition, members will also have the ability to choose how they would like to receive these alerts; alerts can be received via email, text message, or phone call. Security alerts will also be posted as a secure message in Online Banking. There are a handful of security alert messages that members can not disable as these messages directly address privacy and fraud-related activity.

Modifying the security alert notifications is simple and easy to do.
