General Questions

You can view your statement online through Online Banking. This is a totally secure means of accessing your account statement information and is available on the third business day of the month*.

*Historical data is only available through October 2003.

How do I log into Online Statements
  • You must have a password for Online Banking in order to access Online Statements

    • Sign on to Online Banking
    • Select the Online Statements tab - located at the top of the screen

I am unable to access Online Statements when using Safari as my browser.

To access Online Statements in Safari, you must accept the cookie from Online Statements. To do this, follow the instructions below.

    1. Open Safari
    2. Click on the Safari drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
    3. Scroll down to and click “Preferences”
    4. In the Preferences box, click the Privacy icon
    5. In the Privacy section labeled “Block cookies” select “Never”
    6. Close the Preference box by clicking the red icon in the upper left-hand corner
    7. Log into Online Banking and click the “Online Statements” tab
    8. 18 months of statements will now be viewable in Safari
    9. If you do not want to keep cookies turned on, you can turn them off and still access Online Statements because the cookie has been accepted and stored on your computer. If you delete their cookies, then you will need to go through the process again of accepting cookies.
I can not see the check when I click on it

The imaged checks are created in Adobe Acrobat and can be viewed in Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" button below to download a FREE copy of this program.

Can I see imaged checks through Online Statement?

Yes, members who are signed up to use Online Banking and or Online Statements can view cleared checks from October 1, 2003 forward. Please note that checks that were cleared prior to October 1, 2003 will not be available for viewing through Online Banking.

You will be able to see your check the next business day after the item has cleared. Checks can be viewed by the following method:

Place the mouse over the check number (the pointer will turn into a hand noting that it is hovering on a link) and simply click on that check number. You will then see the front and back of the item.
